语音转写、文字整理与问 AI 由阿里云百炼提供。发送内容仅限第 1 节所列：你主动发起的录音，以及你主动提交的转写文字、问题与材料。使用自备 API Key 时，请求由你的阿里云账户计费并受其条款约束；未配置 Key 时可使用内置试用（每 7 天 40000 字符，滚动重置，用量计数仅保存在本机）。

VoiceMore - AI Voice Input & Notes: Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the iOS app "VoiceMore - AI 语音输入&笔记" ("VoiceMore") and its bundled custom keyboard.

1. What we process and why

Regular typing (Pinyin, Wubi, English keyboards) is processed entirely on your device and is never sent out.
Voice transcription: only when you start voice input, your recording is sent to Alibaba Cloud Bailian to be transcribed into text.
Text polishing and Ask AI: only when you submit them, the transcript text, questions and materials you submit are sent to Alibaba Cloud Bailian for processing.
Data stored on your device: recognition results, recordings, input records and dictionaries are kept on your device for history and draft recovery.

VoiceMore does not require you to register or sign in to any product account.

2. Third-party processor: Alibaba Cloud Bailian

Voice transcription, text polishing and Ask AI are provided by Alibaba Cloud Bailian. Only the content listed in Section 1 is sent. If you use your own API Key, requests are billed to your Alibaba Cloud account and subject to its terms; without a key you can use the built-in trial (40,000 characters per rolling 7 days; the usage counter is kept only on your device).

3. Retention

VoiceMore operates no servers of its own and does not retain your voice, text or input history in the cloud.

4. On-device storage and deletion

Recognition results, recordings, input records and dictionaries are stored on your device; you can view and delete them in VoiceMore at any time.
Uninstalling the app deletes on-device data; credentials in the system Keychain may persist and can be cleared in Settings.

5. Your choices and revocation

On first launch the agreement and privacy notice is shown. You may agree, or choose "Disagree": local features still work, while voice and Ask AI stay off.
You can revoke cloud-sharing consent, or turn it back on, at any time in Settings.

6. Keyboard "Allow Full Access"

Regular typing does not require Full Access.
Voice dictation, Ask AI and clipboard features need it (an iOS requirement: the keyboard shares working state with the main app only with this permission).
Recording, recognition and answering are actually performed in the main app.

7. Microphone

Used only when you start voice input.

8. Your API Key

An API Key you configure is stored in the system Keychain on your device and used only to call Alibaba Cloud Bailian directly.

9. Tracking and ads

VoiceMore's privacy manifest declares no tracking, no tracking domains and no collected data types.

10. Children

VoiceMore is not designed with features for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

This policy is updated with app versions; changes are announced again at next launch.
